Sind aber trotz Anonymität immer direkt mit der Person verbunden, sprich wenn man erwischt wird wird einem die Sturmhaube runter gezogen und notfalls ein Wangenabstrich gemacht. Ich verstehe und teile natürlich auch deine Besorgnis hinsichtich rechter Verfolgung von Opposition, und bin absolut für alternative Vorschläge offen, aber ich wüsste keine bessere, halbwegs die Privatsphäre-wahrende Lösung als die Schaffung einer zweiten anonymen, aber fest mit der echten identität verknüpften virtuellen ID.

So könnte man, entsprechend professionelle Umsetzung vorausgesetzt, beispielsweise garantieren dass alle Personen in einer Konversation individuelle, lebendige deutsche Staatsbürger und nicht russische botfarmen sind, würde dem medialen Diskurs sicher nicht schaden.

Vielleicht könnte man zukünftig sogar direktdemokratische Entscheidungsprozesse auf diese Weise abwickeln (ein bisschen utopisch im Neuland Internet, ich weiß).

Ich bin zwar selbst großer fan von Privatsphäre, sehe aber auch die Möglichkeit zur Anonymität sehr kritisch in politischen Belangen. Es ist mit der Demokratie nicht vereinbar wenn ich im Internet radikale Hetze propagiere und mich im normalen leben hinter einer freundlichen Fassade verstecken kann. Vorm Internet ging das auch nicht, und die Leute haben sich auch nicht unterdrückt gefühlt.

Es müsste ein gesunder Mittelweg geschaffen werden aus einer anonymisierten digitalen Identität welche aber gleichzeitig fest mit der echten verknüpft ist und unter gewissen rechtlichen Voraussetzungen auch offengelegt werden kann.

Genau, was soll da schief gehen? Die größte Armee Europas heißt nicht auch “größer als alle anderen europäischen Armeen zusammen”, und letztendlich kommt es doch nur auf die nukes an. Wir haben keine eigenen (bisher), und würden im nuklearen Höllenfeuer untergehen wenn wir mal wieder versuchen unsere Nachbarn zu annektieren.

Ich würde allerdings eine modernere Art von Aufrüstung bevorzugen, psy-ops und digitale Kriegsführung sind die Schlachtfelder von morgen (und heute).

Fair, aber der Unterschied von “in einer halben Stunde in die Stadt” zu “in der Zeit war ich schon 20 Minuten im Laden und bin auf dem Weg zurück” ist halt doch größer als man denkt, besonders außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten.

Damit sind wir aber wieder beim ausgangsproblem, unser öffentliches leben ist strikt rational um Konsum und Arbeitszeiten organisiert, man geht dort hin wo es stattfindet um Dinge zu kaufen oder zu erledigen, oder auf der anderen Seite um dort Geld zu verdienen. Zeit zum existieren, und begegnen, und richtigen Müßiggang hat da eigentlich keiner.

Interessanter Artikel, und artikuliert auch Empfindungen welche ich selbst als Innenstadtbewohner habe oder schon hatte. Meine Wohnung ist sauteuer, vergleichsweise klein und unpraktisch (pantryküche) und ich vermisse es sehr einen Garten zu haben.

Ich habe noch nie ein eigenes Auto besessen oder gebraucht, kann in Minuten Geschäfte, Dienstleistungen, öffentliche Einrichtungen, Restaurants, Freizeitaktivitäten und auch den ein oder anderen Park mit dem Rad oder Öffis erreichen. Es gibt mir irgendwie auch ein abstraktes Gefühl von Verbundenheit mit meiner Stadt.
