“Since the public can’t see or hear what’s happening in federal court firsthand, we’re using cutting-edge AI tools to bring these important proceedings to life, based entirely on official transcripts,” said Law&Crime President Rachel Stockman. “This is a pivotal moment in both popular culture and justice, and our goal is to provide accurate, transparent access to what’s actually being said in that courtroom.”

It’s deeply satisfying to see a billionaire who thought he could buy anything and force anyone to do whatever he wanted sitting in prison cell away from all his luxuries.

I’m sick of billionaires. They’re trying to take over everything. It shouldn’t be allowed to have more than a certain amount. It hey have more money than half the planet in many cases. effing ridiculous. Too much power. Too much corruption.

I really don’t think that getting people to trust AI videos of court proceedings is a good idea long term…

Anyone can make AI say anything, but even something like making the AI use body language of a guilty/innocent person would I fluence people.

Like, this just seems to be opening the door to some real dystopian shit, especially if the current administration embraces it for things like deportations. They could just throw an AI “thug” filter on anyone they don’t like and their followers would eat up.

It seems like a boring use of AI, but the ramifications are dystopian as fuck.

The horses have left the stable (diffusion)…

        Sorry, bad joke.

I agree this will be bad. Dead Internet theory is just the beginning.

Is there a way to watch this without going to their website? I’m curious what the video is like but I also think it’s really fucked up to do AI videos like this and don’t wanna give them clicks/views for it.
