Stories like this is all informal thought about watching one of the new episodes of Black Mirror. To bend your elbow past 90 degrees or raise it above your head, please upgrade your subscription plan. Not saying anything based off the article its just a gut feeling some of these soon to be real medical advances are going to allow our already scum bag ran Healthcare system to exploit impaired patients and their dependency of a tech device.
Lol idk why buy this reminded me of the Shorsie episode when he has too many concussions that he has to stop playing because when has to shit if he tries to push he blacks out🤣
To save anyone the click, the link is for a video that shows the exact same text as the title and nothing else. Doesn’t show or tell anything about the game.
Would you spend trillions of dollars building something that was “unlikely” to result in catastrophic failure? I would prolly want more confidence of its longevity before dumping generations of wealth to build a structure that will cost billions more even to repair minor maintenance to.
.I feel like this article is trying too hard to paint the US military as being a monster that its made it too confusing to follow. There are so many easier stories to use to accomplish this that I don’t understand what this article is even trying to report.
My questions after reading are:
I don’t understand what is being done for the first time since 1974, is it Japan and US jointly investigating charges against a US military member or is it the first time they’re doing a sort of audit of criminal charges?
If Japan has numbers for criminal charges against US military personnel are they the ones enforcing the charges?
Did the 2 rape investigations go uninvestigated until the change that happened days ago and why wouldnt Japan investigate their own people being raped?
If the US was brick walling Japan from investigating criminal charges of US personell then why all of a sudden allow this extended investigation by Japan?
Found waaaaaay more information from these articles:

I honestly don’t know how the moon’s physics work but it does appear to be covered in giant fuckin craters. So I was assuming there isn’t much to stop something from smashing into the nuclear power plant once constructed and causing potential fallout risks.
I mean you get caught fucking a bunch of children and see what happens to your bank account lol. I’m amazed it’s that much with how much fewer people attend church each new generation over the last. I’m 37 and don’t know a single person +/- 10years from my age who even acknowledges religion in any sense muchless enough to give money to any religous organization. As far as I can see it’s all boomer money and it has to be dwindling fuckin fast.
For fucking what? Lol
Hey, let build an insanely expensive energy plant to build on earth that takes decades to construct and build it on the furthest land mass humans have ever traveled to. Oh and the land mass is like always exposed to direct sunlight, but fuck solar panels. Double oh oh AND the land mass has like zero protection from any fucking flying outerspace debris that could destroy it all.
Glasses? How about on scopes? That would be fuckin revolutionary. The price of any decent night vision or thermal scope has come down but is still thousands of dollars. Olus in my experience every type of night vision scope has their own drawbacks. Infrared needs the mounted flashlight and so any obstruction that blocks the light is still dark. Thermal is great for scanning but disorientating enough if you are attempting to shoot a running or moving animal it tough to have the time to take quality shot. The other drawback of both is usually the weight of the scope or for infrared, the weight of the scope and light. A scope with night vision film or even a normal scope with night vision filmed glasses would be game changer.
How the fuck would this be more cost effective than them making their own chrome based browser and not be a demonstration of their over inflated operating costs and company valuation?
If you are paying for a service that is charging you enough to allow them to buy the most widly used browser from a company whose business model is to monopolize data, then maybe you’re paying them a titbit more than what the service they’re providing is worth.
On mobile so excuse my not linking to site but winaero tweaker has links for instructions how to replace current notepad with the classic notepad. Haven’t looked back since.
“How can I return him to the United States?” Bukele asked Monday during a meeting with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office. “I smuggle him into the United States? Of course I’m not going to do it."
It’s good to know the people running the world have no fucking clue how the world runs.
What do they mean by targeted? Like targeted how and with what if they’re talking about using the already targeted advertising data that shows a teen is receiving ads for emotional stuff?
Yeah but fucking still. I never would’ve imagined i was surrounded by more peers at any given Bills game than there were people accross the whole world contributing to Lemmy on avg. That’s sooooo fucking wild.
It’s also so crazy how in a stadium of 70,000 people from US and Canada I will see someone i know every piss or beer break. Whereas Lemmy is half that amd I am 100% positive I’ve never interacted or saw a comment/post on Lemmy from anyone I know. It’s just crazy to see the perspective of seeing the odds of being 1 out of 70,000 vs being 40,000 out of 6 or 7 billion. Obviously I’m intentionally ignoring all the variables at play for the real reason I know people at bills games vs lemmy but it’s still the quntificatikn that I found amazin.
I wish more people were like you. Not everyone can keep up with everyone’s beefs (this one not so much) but it really grinds my gears when I see seemingly polite, on topic, engaging or contributing comments with no replies but still geyting down voted. Especially on a forum as thirsty as Lemmy users are for more user involvement.
It makes me think there are too many people in the world conditioned to be preset to hate thst the fact a person doesn’t know they’re supposed to hate something is enough grounds to be shunned and hated on. Lol. It’s cool to see someone jump in and say:Hey homie, we don’t hate you we hate a person who is unrelated to the topic of the thread or the context of your comment but we do hate them enough to hate on you
Edit: the parenthesis comment was meant to imply hating Trump monkeys is glaringly obvious. My comment was about lemmy etiquette and wasn’t about why or why not OP was getting downvoted.
Why leave your opinion for your own post when you never even read the first paragraph or highlight points that precede the article. That once again, you fucking posted??? Commend you for not deleting it after comments from users who read it called you out but doesn’t that just make you feel like an even bigger dolt?
China out here condemning errbody today. Looks at Canada: “CONDEMN YOU!” Looks at USA: “I CONDEMN YOU!” Looks at Myanmar: “I CONDEMN YOU!”
So edgy 🤣
It’s 5 one way trips. The article says the trucks run from Dallas to Houston which is about 250 miles according to google. It does mention that over 4 years it’s made 10,000 deliveries but I wasn’t sure if that meant as a company or with the self driving trucks but had a driver in the truck for the 10,000 deliveries. It only specifies that the 1,200 miles has been done without a person in the truck.
