I just remembered that Charley was 2004 lol. There’s been too many bad storms to keep track of at this point

This was the last year I spent in Florida. To this day I don’t understand why my family stayed. I went back to visit in 2017, and you could still see damage from Charley, some buildings were never repaired. And a tornado ripped through the woods by my parents house during the 2005 hurricane season, and that path is still eerily visible
According to a source familiar with the president’s decision, Nesheiwat’s previous positions on masking, social distancing and her support of COVID 19 vaccines do not mesh well with the MAHA vision.
Trump really is trying to beat his previous high score for American deaths
A little over a decade ago I slid to an icy stop as the yellow light came on in a turn only lane, about an hour north of Seattle. The guy in front of me tried to stop and ended up going through the intersection as the light turned red. I got a ticket with a photo of the intersection, but you could clearly see my car was stopped a good four feet behind of the line. It was dismissed, but I was pretty mad that I even had to fight that.
I don’t know if the tech has improved or if they have people double checking tickets before they are issued now, but I can’t say my experience made me feel positive about the automated ticket system lol
Genetics have a big impact on cholesterol. I’ve been vegan or vegetarian for most of my life and had to go on a statin in my early 30s. My dad and his parents suffered similarly. I also had my gallbladder out a few years ago.
People hear that and assume I eat a lot of fatty foods, but I don’t. My last dietician actually tried to get me to consume more fat! (and eggs for some reason, despite my repeated reminders that I’m allergic to them lol)
Anyway, I’m at a healthy level and ratio of hdl/ldl now, but my doctor wants to keep me on the statin. I had pretty bad nightly leg pain for the first year or so, but that was the only side effect I can remember
