Which is twice as funny because consultants often cost more in the short term. It’s mostly to avoid those pesky things like “benefits” or “pension plans” that employers need to take care of for their own employees.

Started in the CIV world with 5, then a buddy introduced me to Rome:Total War and it was like finding crack. I still like to take over all of Europe at some point once a year.
Just a heads up OP, the games are limited to regions of the world, it’s never the full globe.
I don’t disagree on a general scale but in relation to this post it isn’t the rich forcing a lot of teams back to work. It’s people in management positions that are over valued and unable to provide an effective workspace without being over their workers shoulders. There’s always the argument the building owners who rent their spaces are the ones paying to get RTO more advertisement space, but in the end it’s the middle class doing it to itself.
