I have a spreadsheet I add biometrics too. Whatever your favorite spreadsheet is.
Blood pressure, pulse, weight, ketones, glucose.
Whenever I get a metric I add it to the spreadsheet. I have years of sporadic data.

She didn’t mention the muscle wasting side effect of large dose glp1 inhibitors.
The fact she is resigned to obesity, as a doctor, with all the peers, literature, and tools available to her speaks to a fundamental breakdown in doctor education about metabolic function

I have a pine 64, and I would put it into the hobby toy category, not a everyday carry device.
Asking for a totally open phone, and the ability to run critical Android apps, we’re not there yet. Maybe in 20 years
