They are not in the EU (that’s EU’s flag) and I for sure wouldn’t want today’s Switzerland anywhere close to joining the EU.
It would probably be better if they joined the EU. They could stop being an endless drain on the EU economy by being a tax paradise stationed right in the middle.

Why the photo of a bathroom?
Bathroom = “Bad” in german. It’s a meta joke.
Except it’s German for bath, and the pic has no tub.
I looked this up, apparently some Germans shorten the word “Badezimmer” with “Bad”.
